Angiogenic activators like VEGF-A, VEGF-B&C, FGFI (aFGF), FGF2 (bFGF) as well as inhibitors like thrombospondin 1&2 inteferon α and β and angiostatin together cause an interplay of signalling factors which play a major rule in tumour metastasis. Our initial endaveour woule be to stimulate the above factors using neural networks as well as hidden markove models (HMM).
