A skill set development course covering all the key aspects of Bioinformatics ad related upcoming fields to enable the student to meet the requirements of the biotech industry. Key areas like genomics, proteomics, drug design and application tools like protein 3D structure prediction, multiple sequence alignment, building phylogenic trees etc are comprehensively added thus enabiling student to develop biotech industry skills/requirements. GATE IIT BIOTECH Entrance
A thorough coverage of the entire syllabus pertaining to the three papers a) Chemistry (Compulsory) b) Biochemistry (elective 1) c) Biotechnology (elective 2). Theory classes are supplemented by multimedia session, printed notes and mock examinations including those of previous question papers. For the year 2007 we had a class average score of 82% including four admissions to the prestigious IITs.
